Where to go next for training programs and coaching?
Cycling peaks?
Sign up for a coach on Carmichel Training Systms and let them design a training program?
Install the software that came with my Powertap and use it? (I heard it is crap.)
I need training programs to follow but I don't know where to turn next. What is the hot setup?

CyclingPeaks WKO+ is the best next purchase you can make. Also, get a copy of "Training and Racing with a Power Meter" by Allen and Coggan. You may find that you're willing/able to build your own training plan.
Congrats!
Congrats!
