New bike decisions?

I canceled my Roll order last month .
I canít decide whether my Roll is my cause of my knees hurting or not .
What I have noticed , is when I ride my Cruisers exclusively, my knees are better .
But , I think I need one with gears .
Thought about getting an Electra 7d , either a regular , or maybe a Tall frame . And adding some fatter tires .
Lately Iíve been riding my 7d Fat Tire some and Iím really enjoying it .
So now , Iím thinking about another Fat Tire in black .
Comes already with big tires . Rides like it has a suspension, which is easier on my arthritis in my hands . Love the gearing of the Fat Tire.
I noticed the rear freewheels are the same on the Fat Tire and regular 7d , but the front chainring on the Fat Tire has less teeth 42 as to 44 . Thatís where the difference in ease of pedaling comes from . And the crank on the Fat tire is a three piece which will take 9/16Ē pedals without adapters .
Problem is , Electra lists the 7d Lux Fat Tire in their 2020 catalog , but my local Trek dealers donít.
Iíll have to find out from them if I decide to go the Fat Tire route . They are a very comfortable riding bike . And they look cool . 😎

Not sure . I’m going to check with my local dealer first .
I talked with them last week about maybe finding a deal on a 7d , maybe even a leftover from previous years , but he couldn’t find any in his warehouse.
I didn’t ask about a Fat Tire .
I ‘m ust dreaming right now anyways . Haven’t ruled out a 7d after Christmas.
