Adrenalineworld.com .... ugh!

Really wish I had done a google search on the website or checked out their FB page.
June 22nd, did a Google search for Pasela Protite 700x32. AdrenalineWorld.com shows up in the Google shopping with the cheapest price, So I place my order, hey if Google allows them up there they must be decent... right? Far from that... within a couple hours order is marked Awaiting Shipment (6/22).. 5 days pass and no notification of it being shipped, So I send them an email asking when they planned on shipping my order. About 2hrs passed and I get email notification with the tracking number(on 6/27). I'm thinking cool it's going out today or tomorrow. Nope, several daays pass, USPS still doesnt hhave thed package. I sent a couple emails with no response, so I hit up them on Facebook so I could see when they read my message. Hit me back within an hour saying they would email me Monday (7/3). Someone named Briana emailed me saying them and the USPS had been closed for the 4th of July(it's only the third lady!) and it may ship today.. if not, on Wed(today 7/5). Checked the tracking number and it's still in Pre-shipment. Ugh, just want my tires already. Anyone else have experiences similar to mine? And a warning to anyone thinking of ordering from there.

Not yet... they said that the tracking number got cancelled for some reason (probably because it took so long to ship it)and can't find the package in the warehouse.. said they were going to mail it by today and get back to me with a tracking number... as well as refund the shipping charges.. haven't gotten the refund yet and no email with tracking info today.

How did you pay?

I would stop the payment (some places will only let you stop payment within 30 days) before it's too late. I've heard of companies that will stall until it's too late.

Try this number: 877-430-0083

Right. So I would call them in the morning and insist that they do over night delivery.

If they don't then I would call AMEX and stop the charges. But that's just me. I've seen too many of this kind of thing happen and it becomes too late for people.

Did you check the tracking number to see if it's actually in the system yet? How long will it take to get to you? Did you ask for overnight delivery?

Says Pre-shipment. Waiting on USPS to pick up item. Im not worried about them being overnighted, priority is good enough for me. It's too hot to ride anyways, my body can't handle 109° weather

So they DIDN'T ship it yesterday like they said they would after they couldn't find it.

Okay.

Keep checking to make sure it was actually sent and I would like to see the outcome please.

Yea, that's what made me order them. It'll be the last time I ever order anything from there. While I did get what I ordered at a great price, I can't promise the same to anyone else. So, buyer beware!

Adrenaline on-line

Horrible customer service. Don't answer phone. (13 attempts) Don't respond to VM's (13 Attempts). Don't actually have the product and just create shipping labels with nothing to ship. The only Adrenaline you'll get is from being pissed off. Run, Run away fast.
