Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

You ungrateful fred slime should either rename these threads 'Pcad's Addiction XXXX' or pay me a .01 per post royalty.

I would prefer the latter.

Morning has broken and I no longer feel it in the guads and knees but in the glutes and hamstrings. Superfluous periods are a function of my declining phone. Waiting for the next one to go on sale.

You're confusing the real Pope here with that fake phony fraud in Vatican City.

No reason in particular, I guess I have better uses of my time?

I have watched stuff like that in the past though, I'm not opposed to it. But mostly I have a lot of ideas in my head already, lots of cookbooks, have read lots of cooking articles over the years, know how to use google, eat in restaurants enough to get ideas and pretty much riff off what I'm getting cheap at various produce markets.

Besides lots of TV cooking seems to be about attention-grabbing "extreme" foods. I'm just looking to eat a lot of vegetables really. Not cupcakes or friend stuff or recipes with a pound of cheese for 2 people.
