Hello. I'm Frank Allen, the CEO and inventor of FlexLock, the only live US patented bicycle lock. FlexLock LLC is licensed in Texas; as well as the patent, we also own 3 trademarks, (FlexLock, word; FlexLock, mark; FlexSock, word.) We presently have a private corporate valuation of $5 million, and are featured exclusively at Camping World (online.)
In May, a customer was angered by a refund delay (despite all efforts to correct the situation) and, despite receiving his refund (he has never received a FlexLock,) he falsely accused of us being a 'scam.'
Now, when potential customers search for FlexLock, "FlexLock bike lock = scam?" comes up as the 3rd or 4th result. Recent research shows this is costing us thousands in lost revenue, and is a taint on our good name just as we're starting to catch some buzz.
If possible, we would appreciate the removal this post/thread etc as soon as possible. FlexLock is not only not a 'scam,' it's the future of bicycle security.
