Hello from Dartmouth Nova Scotia

Hi, just joined today. I'm 29 and I mainly ride to and from work on a Nishiki Rally...approx. 27 - 37km a day, depending on the route i take. Just wanted to say hi from the east coast

well after not having a bike for 8 years or so, I'm back in the game. got the kids some bikes last summer and figured I'd get one for myself to go along with them. Back when i first posted this hello, I was biking approx. 17km to and from work (34km total) each day and sometimes upwards of 50km trips on the weekends. after i stopped biking i put on about 70lbs. I've lost around 35lbs of that so far but still have a long way to go.
