Social Linking - Strava, Endomondo

EDIT: Corrected Strava link to club/group that already existed.

I created a Strava club for those of use that want to join in. It's for what you want it to be. Encouragement for sure, social accountability if you are into that, and so on. GO JOIN!

Strava: https://www.strava.com/clubs/clydesda...orums-net-4711

There is already a group on Endomondo that someone created so HEY! join in on that!
Endomondo: https://www.endomondo.com/teams/8416074

Want to friend me up on Strava? Michael Henry | Cyclist on Strava

There is Clydesdales and Athenas (BikeForums.net) | Strava Club

FTR I don't really care for sticky posts as they seem to fill useful space however they do serve a purpose. Maybe PhotoJoe or an Admin could stick this thread?

I use the C&A Strava group and the BF Commuting group to motivate me to keep my speed up. I swim in the shallow water and sorting by Avg speed is all it takes to motivate me

As long as you promise not to laugh at my measly numbers. Remember I've only been riding a couple of weeks. I just discovered Strava today...apparently I've been living in the dark ages. Just took my first Strava recorded ride. Now all I have to do is figure out how to join the group.

I will chuckle, but not laugh. It's all I can promise.

When you go to the link there should be a "Join" or similar button. Click on that and amazing things will happen!

My first ride was 1/4 mile and I was toast. My first big ride, several weeks later, was an epic adventure. I rode 5 miles to the shop. I had to stop at half way for an extended, sit on a bench and gasp for air, water break. I was unable to ride home.

Nobody here going to laugh, most of us have been there.

After looking at my numbers....I need to ride my roadie more! My average is sucktastic for me, but that is a front suspended MTB/commuter and I haven't done a long ride in a few weeks.

I'll go ahead and sticky this for now.

Who owns the Strava group? Maybe worth adding a few admins to help get new members accepted quickly? Don't know. Not my club. Just thinking out loud.
