the levers are too high, but the bars are are right where they should be.
This is the second one they built for him. He had to send the first one back because they mounted the water bottle bosses too low on the DT, and the bottles were touching when fully inserted.

i know just busting chops! Crazy mistake on the first one, but their customer service is top notch (as it should be). That sure is one understated vagen, I recognized it purely by the stainless seat tube overlay and then zoomed in on the drop outs. Hope he likes the ride, I’m loving mine more every ride and like to show it too!

Up close you can see the Speedvagen on the TT and chainstays, but at first glance it looks like just a nice black paint job. I'm not very impressed with where the Di2 wire spits out of the chainstay. It leaves a lot of wire dangling free, and waiting to get caught on something.

Hoping to post my setup here within the next week. Waiting to get my steer tube cut. What are the official rules for this thread?

That is a really cool bike. I think it's hot for a good solid entry level performance bike.
Love it, not a fan of the SRAM Red but the frame is spectacular.

It would be perfect if the offset on the saddle wasn't that much. It is a beautiful frame and some awesome components.

it looks like the could have designed the dropout to allow it to exit through the center of the chainstay.

Hello all, I posted some of these in the STI's/ergo thread in C&V, but thought I'd expose them to the ruthless flame or acclaim of the Hot r Not thread.
I'm not very hopeful, as a skim read over these pages shows not much love for tan wall tyres, anything other than utterly slammed stems, neo retro builds and mixing silver and black, which I'm afraid I have all going on to some degree. So I've donned my asbestos suit, him me.....I know you're going to find this first one probably the most challenging.
My Brian Rourke normally looks like this
For the tan wall haters here's a less offensive tyre perhaps
And I occasionally go full shiny with some silver Shamals, which do people prefer?
And my most recent build is a 1985 Team Panasonic Eddy Merckx, normally rolling around like this
And in sunny Sunday best shoes it looks like this
Hoping to add a Bottecchia to these pages in the next week or so too.

I’ve seen quite a few (ok a few) retro bikes get a hot. Personally, and with better photos taken by a better garage door I’d give the Mercx and the Rourke (with silver Shamals) a hot. Just also need to clean up the tape and personally a white Flite saddle would be better looking while still relatively age appropriate.
bet they ride beautifully

Thanks Robbyville,
that was not as harsh as expected....but I'm sure someone will be along to address that shortly
I appreciate they are a bit old school by the standards of this thread but I've no problems keeping up with carbon crowd. And yes thanks they all ride great but all slightly different. Yeah I agree I like white Flite's and they would probs look better, but I rarely see them in the UK, and when I do they are silly expensive. I'll keep my eyes peeled.
