How to Get "Permission" to Post Something For Sale?

I have a recumbent trike that I would like to post FOR SALE in the "Recumbent Bike and Trike Marketplace" sub-forum. However, when I click on "New Thread" I'm getting a message that I "don't have permission to post here".

Can someone explain to me how I get that permission? I already have a username and password, so what else is required?

Thanks!
Bert

First post in Marketplace:
Marketplace Rules of Operation: Read Before Posting Your Ad or participating in here
  1. IN ORDER TO SELL ANYTHING YOU MUST HAVE A PAID, PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP. No exceptions.
  2. We don't link to Ebay Auctions, although if you have a Craig's List Ad that meets our terms of clear price, etc, that is fine.
  3. You must state a clear price- no OBO.
  4. We provide an infrastructure platform only, all sales are between the involved members. We'll assist as much as is possible in a dispute, but in the end, it's between thee and your seller/buyer.
  5. Hijacking another member's For Sale Thread for your merchandise will result in an immediate ban.
  6. This is for personal items only, not for companies to link to their sites. If you want to do that, you must become a sponsor.
  7. When you item has sold, please edit your first post, delete the information in regards to the item and change it to "Item sold, thank you" to avoid more comments of interest.
Please keep in mind, in order to be able to participate, you must have an upgraded, paid account. You can do that here.

I've tried to make this as clear and simple as possible, to avoid confusion. Thanks for your cooperation.

That's pretty silly but it's profit I guess, you would think ads are enough

Keeps spam down, which is appreciated. When you have (the very inexpensive) paid membership you no longer see ads. Ebay fees on the first item you sell would likely buy you a few years of BF membership.

What's the advantage to selling on here verses any free solution like FB or CL?

You have a group of potential customers who are more focused on the usual viewers of FB or CL
