I have had great luck with Vittoria's (puncture resistance), and I like the speed/feel of 700c x 23's I might consider 25's
My budget is $100 a pair.

thanks

+1 gatorskins. I love 'em and have them on two bikes. No flats, great ride.

Panaracer T-Serv, love 'em. Great puncture resistance, very smooth ride.

Panaracer RiBMos. Great compromise on all characteristics without giving in on puncture resistance.

So I went to my LBS, I looked at the gatorskins, but decided to explore a bit and went with Vittoria Diamante Pro. They were on sale and performance has a 100% guarantee, so I said to myself, what the heck give em a try. So far they have a really really nice feel to them (actually the best I have ever ridden on) they are also super grippy, I'd say they're the one tire that I feel like I won't wipe out on fast/sharp turns.
Panaracer, seem hard to find here in Portland, I dunno why.
