Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

In the washing machine after a full cycle

I have a runny nose when I exercise in any season to go along with post nasal drip. This is a dry cough from my chest. if I somehow caught the rona in the few days leading up to my second shot, I’m going to be mad.

Nailed it. First tournament I did was in a huge holiday in convention center. It was mammoth. I lasted 3 days before I was eliminated. Was a blast.

I am to blessed with the ability to have snot run down my face no matter the season. Today was no different but let to a wicked cough on the way back. Everytime I took a big breath I would have a coughing fit. Luckily a smoldering shower cleared that all up so I get to repeat tomorrow.

Back to back century’s Yay!

If I remember right it almost covered what I put out except for booze & beer.
I wanna say I scratched my way out in the rubber, giving him ball in hand on the 8.

Work boots just get dirty again.
Excellent flooring choice sir. I took a picture of that floor to Lowes to explain what I was working with. The young lady listened while looking at the floor picture as I said. There's a maroon, purple, blue, some green , slate Grey and black in the transition and the doorway. She said I don't see Grey? So I pointed out a couple in the picture.. here, this one, this one, and this one...ahh...Those are green sir. Lol. I warned her ...The look on her face was funny..like I'd grown a 3rd eye on my forehead.

Man I am struggling this morning. Think I got too much sun, and I am still dehydrated. Wanted to do a pre wife ride, but I am still putting myself back together.

I would go out with the target of just spinning my legs to loosen them up. See how you feel and go from there. Hydration is important. if you don't have to pee you are dehydrated.

There is a popular local fundraising ride near me called the "Iron Tour" and the website has a picture of me.

I would ordinarily ask for royalties, but since it's all for a good cause I will take the high road and allow it.
