I'm in for as many outdoor miles as I can get but it will not be much.
On the first I rode to the pub and back for a total of 4.8 miles on the CX bike.
I'll be on a trainer most of the month.

I'll be mostly on the trainer until March. I did get a FTP test done outside last Sunday; for whatever that was worth. Calculations came out to be 2.fat W/kg

Currently 5'10", 264 pounds, age 51. Training Goal = 100 miles per month.
- Rode 81 miles 01/02/17 through 01/06/17.
- Will ride the remaining 19 miles this week.
Ultimate goal for 2017 = 100 miles in one day (12 hours) before the end of this year.
Losing weight would be nice, but not at the top of my list.
