Cruiser bikes for plus size

I just loved the look of the 26inch huffy cranbrook, but I'm not sure if I'm too big. I read that the leg should extend almost all the way when turning pedals is this true?

Yes. Your leg should be extended but not all the way out and have a slight bend at the knee. On most bikes if you’re seated your feet should not touch the ground.

On the Huffy the balls of your feet might be able to touch but not be flat.
