The stem is surely Phillipe. Hence, the porteur bar should be Phillipe as well. If not, may think about Belleri Porteur bar also from France.

Slightly OT - stem binder is an ALGI. Nut is mounted backwards from what is intended by mfr. It is not meant to be a false acorn.
