What would you replace on my bike?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What would you replace on my bike?

If it were up to me, Id go black cables and black tires for starters. Colored tires rarely look good on a bike to me. They are very "rookie" IMO. Same with colored cables. I'd get different bars. People tend to use colored wires or tires to give some splash to an otherwise flat/boring color, but if you wanted some color accents, you should have gotten a color theme that had some color to it. Just looking at your bars, my forearms are starting to get bruises on them from hitting that top bar. The drops look impossible to use while sprinting. level that saddle. I'd cut the steering tube, but I understand your reasoning for holding off for resale value (if I owned a trek, I would want to sell it in the near future also ).

Black crankset and chainring would be a must. Black brake calipers. cut that stem.

You can keep the saddle bag, just take it off when you take photos of your bike. Riding in AZ, the less crap I have in my jersey pocket in the summer the better.

Like I said about the glue, I'm not sure if the glue will damage the CF or not, I don't know if someone here knows about this or not. Once you get a set of CF bars contact the manufacture about that. I do know the any cleaning products designed to take the clue off will damage CF.
Yeah, my problem is I didn't overlap enough when I got to the tops as I was trying to get the tape to reach farther to the middle...which was stupid, I don't hold the bars in the center anyway. It was my first wrap job...live and learn.

Noted for next time!

On a side note...is it worth getting new wheels?

Does a bear....well you know...Made a difference for me...a 2mph increase in my average...Seemed insignificant at first, but actually was a big deal for me. I love my Mavic Ksyrium SLS's.

I know the cables on the front end need to be shortened up, but havent gotten around to it yet. Also the steerer tube will probably never be cut because it hurts resale value. Bike fits pretty well as is, have over 5500 miles on it in the last 12 months, so pretty happy with it. What do you all think?
Madone has so much potential, who ever did your cable work needs to get fired. Lose a few spacers and cut the steerer tube, it won't hurt your resale value, might hurt yourself though, while in the drops by poking you in the eye. Change out the standard drops and get some shallows with a shorter reach, saddle is on point, one of my favorites. And the number one upgrade that'll make any bike look ten times better are deeper wheels, Beyond black zipp 404's would be the ticket, or 606 combo.

Nice choice on the saddle, lose the groupo, cranks are hideous. 2013 SRAM SRAM red groupo would be nice, Bar position is perfect. And deeper wheels, will make this bike hot.

Get a larger size, you mentioned your comfortable with the that set up, and your not flexible, you know you have to be flexible riding that thing, I can see you kneeing yourself in the chest while pedaling.

I'm rili comfortable with tis setup... Kneeing in the chest? Never encountered it before... I thought generally not flexible people should opt for smaller frames?

Bigger frames have taller head tubes which keep you from having to bend over as far. The reach can be "corrected" with a shorter stem. This is not meant to be taken to extremes, just when you are kind of between sizes.

For some reason I have a strong core even though I am overweight. I like a lot of saddle to bar drop so I go for a shorter headtube and still keep a 54.5 - 55 top tube.

There are many reasons to justify your fit/bike set up. You saying that you are not flexible while still posting a picture with that much saddle to bar drop is a contradiction. Your set up (while I'm not saying is wrong) requires a fair amount of flexibility. Maybe you aren't circus freak flexible, but IF that truly is comfortable for you, I would say you are more flexible than you think.

Ermmm...I'm comfortable in the hoods... Tats for sure... I am riding 80% on the hood, 20% on the drops... Technically I don't rili feel as comfortable on the hoods. So r u guys referring to feeling comfortable on the drops??

Sure, height doesn't really mean much but I am 5' 10". I am riding a 54.5 effective top tube, went down from a 55.5 on my previous bike.

Which is within the rules, tape matches saddle.

And my helmet brings it all together with multiple shades of blue...to match the shoes:
