The Berries Are a Little Uncomfortable

...and my hands are sorta uncomfortable after a bit also. But, dealing with the issue in the title; Yes, my testicles and entire buttock region aren't too comfortable on my saddle. I'm thinking I just need to move my saddle a bit forward and tilt it a little so I can get my junk further back on the saddle. Advice? Should I just learn to live with it?

And my hands. I have the IsoZone bar and grips but they don't seem to make a big difference so far. Advice on hand discomfort also?

Thank you in advance!

Thanks for all the great advice! Y'all were incredibly helpful. Haha!

I think I solved the aforementioned problems by moving my saddle forward and adjusting the angle a bit. So I guess we can put this one to bed.

Hey BrockLee!

I've got your berries issue as well and will be moving my seat forward, but did you find that your hand discomfort lowered with the different positioning?

Uh, I feel for ya, almost literally regarding the berries.

Moving the saddle forward and stuff didn't really do much to help my hand discomfort. But my gloves don't have padding either. I'll be getting some new gloves with padding sooner or later. Also, my bike has the Bontrager IsoZone handlebar and grips, but I think that's really just a marketing ploy because that stuff really doesn't ease the discomfort either. I still find myself taking one hand off the grips and shaking it out for a few seconds and then doing the same with the other hand. So I'll be replacing the Bontrager bar with a standard riser (Oval Concepts 200) and installing new Ergon GE1 grips. Between the gloves and the grips and the saddle position I'm hoping something works.

You don't say which way you angled the seat; tilting the nose up a drop will help...

Actually, I tilted the nose of my saddle downward just a hair to take weight off the berries.

An ISM Saddle looks funny to me. I think of it as a big tooth that has been pulled. Plus, my current saddle, after some adjustments, works just fine.

Not uncommon.

This can put too much weight on your hands/arms/shoulders, hence the discomfort in your hands.

Try bringing the saddle down a bit and tilting the nose up.

The idea is to balance you on your sit bones instead of leaning forward...
