Bar Tape
I am looking at Lizard Skins 3.2 DSP Bar Tape, and ESI RCT Road Wrap Bar Tape, (silicone.) Any experience with one of these?
I am going to wrap a Wood chipper and a butterfly bar, butter fly bar very soon.

I tried the Lizard Skin DSP tape and I didn't care for it at all. It's actually too tacky for me. I have never had a problem with my hands slipping around on regular cork ribbon, or synthetic cork ribbon or whatever else though. Maybe if you need extreme grip from your bartape the Lizard Skin stuff is worthwhile for you, but I do not like the feel of it.

I haven't used those particular ones, but I've used Lizard Skin. It was nice, but I didn't feel it warranted the price. Slightly nicer than some other stuff, for much more money(I think the one I got was ~$30). I have been Very impressed by Social Ride Cycle Co. tape from Amazon. It has a really nice, grippy feel, and is really cheap for how good it is, at only $9. I can't believe it doesn't have better reviews. The first time I ordered it was actually not for my normal riding, and just as something cheap to put on to sell a bike. I now use it on both of my drop bar bikes. My touring/commuter has at least a thousand miles on this tape(likely 2-3,000mi but I don't keep track of daily mileage) It's not as thick as the Lizard 3.2 DSP. If you need the cushion, I'd recommend the Social tape with another strip of tape running along the top of the bars underneath.

My one and only experience with Lizard Skin tape on my road bike convinced me that's it's not that durable. One LBS employee said it's "great race day tape."

Those who don't like Lizard Skin tape due to tackiness might want to try Zipp Service Course.
There is a smooth version and textured "CX" version.

Both are excellent, similar to Lizard Skin but without the sticky feeling and half the price.

LizardSkin 3.2 slipped out of place a bit leaving a gap. But the instructions say not to stretch it while wrapping so hard to tell how tight to go. Also the white color got dirty quickly. I got the next-thinner LizardSkins version that has worked nicely.

White always gets dirty quickly. There's no fighting it. On a bike where the color works, it looks hot until you ride the bike. Then it looks the opposite of hot.

Tape is pretty much personal preference. You really need to try it to see what you like. I find cork hard to beat. Cinelli is nice, but off brand has been okay for me too.
