Handlebar and Stem Upgrade

Hello friends. I am looking to upgrade the stem and handlebars on my 2012 Supersix Evo Hi Mod. Could you please provide some opinions.

I would really like an aero bar. I like a nice wide grip when on the flat of the bars. Not too fussed on Carbon vs Alloy but low weight would be nice. I need a 46cm bar.

I would like the drops to be as high as possible, a 95 year old has more flexibility. Also the handle bar ends to be as long as possible, eg lots of length towards the saddle. I like to have my hands towards the handlebar ends on the flat section. My riding is all on the road but I like the look of the cyclocross/gravel bar setup.

I need to source from Chainreaction, Merlin, Wiggle etc.

Many thanks.
