Jut Bought one for $199 USD
Have seen these on Bikes Direct, they currently have 47 and 49cm for $399 USD. Got mine from bike island, "scuffs on dropouts" for $199 in 47cm. 
It may be in perfect shape, they last single speed I got from them was listed as "scuffs on dropouts" but was in perfect shape. Gonna put Campy brakes, Cane Creek road levers, modern road bike bars and a real seat on it, lower the gearing as I'm older and spin rather than push these days. It's worth the price just to cannibalize for parts!

Update- It was indeed in perfect shape, very fine workmanship.
