Not mine, but there were a couple nice yellow bikes on display when I was in the Alex Singer shop:

Must admit I like a pretty yellow bike. That Medici at the top of the page is mine.
Here's my significantly updated '88 Cannondale ST, which is primarily used as a travel bike (it's even been slightly changed since these pics, with Deore derailleurs and bigger rear cogs). Now geared to conquer pretty much anything, from a 50/11 top end to a 34/34 wall climber. Takes up to a 32. Breaks down into five major components, each of which fit into my EVOC bag. Been all around the USA, never damaged, always fun to ride!

@3alarmer, what's the 3rd bike on the river bridge with the yellow tape? Intrigued by the subtle curve of the fork on that one.

Do what you have to...it's very nice indeed.
My favorite yellow bike was a Schwinn Heavy-Duti.

J.A.M. : When you insert a URL for a picture, please don't forget to roll over the https: in the window or you get a bad URL with two of them. It's a strange quirck of vBulletin in the 3 and 4 series at least that should get fixed after maybe ten years.
I can't even resolve the URL you have and I was really interested in seeing it. And http may or may not resolve to HTTPS (that was an https). When you post a link, please check to see it works...and welcome to Bike Forums!

Beautiful bike you have there. I wish I had been active in the sport before I moved to the Pacific Northwest because I used to live in PA near you I believe. It would have been a treat to go for a ride and see the Gitane in person.

I just posted details on my freshly restored "neighborhood rambler." A 1987 Schwinn High Sierra. I rather like it.

Guess I'll play yet confused from the 80's. Though pick of color is easy long as it has some yellow. What gets built first? The Zunow makes a Geiger counter tick and burns the lawn.

Sooo many of these Bikes are Awesome. To me The Color Yellow on a bike is an Old School philosophy that had Everything to do with the "maliot Joun" ....I hope I spelled that right - haven't been racing in a while...am I Rite?

PINO MORRONI liked his bikes to be yellow , This one he had painted after mine was built and Joe Matthews of Rochester MI got it.. https://flic.kr/p/QJn5qk Then he Liked racing it so much he had it repainted to PAVLATS team colors.
https://flic.kr/p/QJo6vV . its the Unpainted frame against the paneling in the background (with the orange arrow marked JM). Mine is the one being assembled by PINO putting his Stealthy Sealed BB Bearing assembly in.

...guy out in Davis had it on CL. He had inherited it from his uncle, who loved it so much that he sent it to Cycle Art for a repaint in custom yellow. Then I guess he died. It had been converted a little with some cruiser bars and I forget what kind of shifters, so the guy's wife could ride it around town.
But she didn't really like to ride it. I think she wanted a fat tire beach cruiser. It's the only yellow Super Comp in town, maybe in California.
