Nishiki 4130 Road Bike-- Should i buy?

I'm trying to buy my first road bike for cheap and someone is offering a Nishiki 4130 cr-mo fro $75. Is this worth it? The seller says the gears shift for her easily and that it's not too heavy. Not really sure what I should even be looking for honestly. I want to be able to bike around town all day without it feeling like a drag (like with my current wal-mart clunker). Not interested in putting in a lot of work or extra money to make this usable

You can't post links until you have 10 posts (to prevent spam), but you can put the text of the URL in your post.

In any case, first and foremost the bike has to fit you. Have you ridden it?

Will the bike fit you. If it doesn't fit it won't work.
And as always does it need new tubes, and tires? Bar Tape. Cables. Can you replace those things yourself?
Is it a women's bike, or a man's bike? Back to fit.

It's a good road bike for the price.
