In this article from Bicycle Guide, Jun 1990, Tom Kellogg, John Slawta, Glenn Erickson, Gary Fisher, Scot Nicol, Ben Serotta, and Skip Hujsak were asked to describe the bike they would build if no constraints were imposed by cost, customer whims, and current technology.

It makes me want to look into more 24" wheeled options and see whats actually out there, something maybe between a regular-wheeled roadbike and a brompton-type bike.
