If I were building a light-weight-for-the-category drop-bar MTB/all-rounder, this frame would be on my list of candidates. Reliability was supposed to be quite good, maybe up to Trek level, and the Easton E9 tubeset was really nice-riding stuff. And the anodizing was pretty cool.
With the right parts, a ~24 pound build wouldn't be too hard, I bet.
