The day before the race !
The boys at Max Performance are in town for The Mass State Triathlon at Lake Dennison in Winchendon, MA. This event is right in my back yard as the run course goes by my house twice. The bike course is a regular loop I do at least once a week. This is my forth year as a run course marshal, and I'll shot some video of the event also. Looking forward to some great weather and hopefully a great turnout.
