Wax over Ospho or other rust converter?
I picked up another rusty bike yesterday and was thinking about trying Ospho on the rust spots and then waxing over the converted rust. Any thoughts on how this would work as a "preservation" technique?

I have done this (Turtle Wax Paste) as I am trying to decide what direction to take, touch up, wet paint, powder, and it has been working for months now but this is an AZ bike so your Eastern Shore might be much harder on the wax. I suspect if I would try it on one of my Portland bikes it would need frequent repeats.
Oh, and mine was over Corroseal, assume same stuff as your Ospho.
