Small rust cleanup on paint
How do you guys like cleaning up small rust spots that are on paint, not chrome?

You could just use an emery board or really small wire brush. I'd use of those little brass brush dremel attachments. I bought one of those like $10 piece of garbage rotary tools from Harbor Freight just for things like cleaning rust, and polishing small aluminum stuff. It's too weak to get away from you and gouge your frame or parts, but it'll clean that up in no time. My other Dremel is way to unforgiving for that kind of work. Then just touch it up with some model paint.

Evaporust Gel. Slop a thick gob of gel onto that rust spot, and then immediately cover it up with saran wrap. The key is to not let it dry out too soon. Unwrap it half an hour later. Wash off with soapy water. The rust will come right off in black clumps.
And then you use these sanding q-tips to sand remaining rust out and feather-edge the edge of the paint:

I have an older Paasche air eraser, which is basically airbrush sized, but is actually a miniature blaster/etcher. Harbor Freight sells a version.
