Which is a better deal?

I'm looking to spend under $250 and was wondering which of these are a better deal?

+1 on the Panasonic. I've sold nicer bikes than the other guy is selling for half of his prices. On the other hand, I've sold bikes like the Panasonic for its asking price or slightly more.
