Question Giant Rapid 3 Sizing?

Hi guys,

I've had my LBS order in a Giant Rapid 3 in a medium although have read that I might be better suited to the medium large for my height. My LBS didn't offer me a medium large as they said the last one Giant had in stock was the medium...
I'm 5"10 and the medium size guide covers from 5"6 to 5"11 (quite a large bracket somehow).
I did try a Rapid 2 for size and it felt alright although I can't help but think if the ML size would be better for the stretched out positioning I feel this frame require.

Thanks!

I ride a medium Rapid, and I'm 5'-11". The seat post is a little higher than average, but the bike fits me very well. I'm not an expert, but I'm riding 150+ miles a week (55 miles non-stop is my longest single ride so far), and I don't have any comfort issues. The only thing that I have changed fit wise was the seat post (installed a zero offset).

Of course, it's really going to come down to you. You'll just have to get on the bike and see how it fits you.

I'm a fraction above 5'11" and I ride a Large Rapid. I too am on the borderline, When you are that close, the bike can be adjusted either way. It depends on the feel. I probably would have fitted into a M/L but was comfortable with the Large.
