Deore lx hb m550. I'd much rather not unlace and relace simply for lack of cones. I have a US shipping address.

Check with Steven over at Loose Screws - he has quite a few hub parts, and can probably help you with interchangability questions

Shimano has set of standardized cone sizes over most of its hubs. This is a standard front.
I looked for you seeds, but I don't have what you need.

Why not just order them from Wheels Mfg? The image you've put up is theirs, and they appear to have them.
Unless you don't want rust on them, as in the photo . . .

I don't want to pay their prices; it would come to over $30 with shipping. I'll check with loose screws. I didn't realize there was a standard over a number of hubs. Thanks for the replies

I had this exact issue many months ago and instead of buying new cones someone was selling NOS hubs for almost half what they wanted for two cones. Check eBay for the hub.

This is good advice. I broke an axle in June and needed an axle and cones. I cannibalized an unused hub I had lying around. Now the spare hub is a spare hub shell. I'm not sure I'll ever need that.

Come to think of it, I've got a set of 2300 hubs someplace that I'll dig up for you.

Sounds good. I have no good rears of any stripe, for some reason.

Edit: Scratch that; I'm going to look into going the Ebay route

I only have the 10mm ones, exactly same but for 10mm axle. You need cones for a 9 mm axle right? I'll keep looking for you though.
