Hello
New to forums, have really gotten back into biking this year, bought new giant contend road bike last nov, needed lower gears than my old bike I had back in 89.
Completed the triple bypass with daughter this July in Colorado.
live in St.Louis
have been mountain biking the last 20 or so years, but really like road biking

Welcome. I come up with lots of reasons for lower gears on my current bikes, but never because I’m older
