Shimano RS405 Hydraulic Road Lever Brake Compatibly

I recently purchased these levers to replace the Giant Conduct Mech-Hydro system on my Toughroad GX. I wanted to know if the levers would be able to work with the Giant Conduct Calipers since these are post mount and the Shimano calipers coming with the levers are flat mount.

Bikes: Too many. Giant Trance X 29, Surly Midnight Special get the most time.

Certainly not officially, but I would put a small bet that it works OK. Tektro/Giant mineral oil is cross compatible with Shimano, and my guess is that they're designed around similar fluid displacement. You could also get some BT-mt200 calipers for like $15 each, which would work fine.
