The first thing you have to research is what 10r or 11r actually means. These could be terms that Specialized makes up to compare their own models having no basis for comparison to any other bike on the market.

Hello Bolda,
Could you confirm the color scheme of your bike? This 2016 model is Fact 10r:
https://www.specialized.com/us/en/cr...te-x1/p/106246
While this 2018 model is Fact 11r:
https://www.specialized.com/us/en/cr...=239485-129027
I'm wondering if you purchased a 2016, thinking it was a 2018 model?
Geoff

At this point I’d recommend calling Specialized customer service, they’ll be able to confirm the model year based on your bike’s serial number, and they should be able to explain any discrepancy between what it says on the bike and what it says on their website.
Good luck, and let us know what they say!

YES, specialized wrote 11r, but on the frame is 10r. I am looking for the owner of the same bike if he has the same designation of the frame...

Can you post a picture of your bike please and have you asked this question about the 10r vs 11r, to the bike store that you purchased your bike from?

To close the loop on this old thread...
I have the same bike (2018 Crux Sport) with "FACT CARBON 10r" printed on the frame. I wrote to Specialized and here's what they had to say:
Edit to add:
I found this thread because it is linked from a review on Cyclocross Magazine ( cxmagazine.com/bike-review-2018-s-works-crux-cyclocross-specialized-shimano-dura-ace)
I've been informed by our QC team that your frame is indeed 11r carbon (this was an issue where the wrong stickers were applied on the frames).

Did I read that Specialized had sent revised decals to the owners of the bikes that were mislabeled? If they didn't send you one, maybe you should contact them with your serial number.
