Heart of Appalachia Bike route in Virginia
Anyone done this. Planning on riding from the Guest River Gorge rail trail to Burke's Garden and was wondering how the unpaved roads and trails are.

I used to do some work up that way but I have not ridden there. It is a beautiful and interesting area and sounds like a great adventure.
