^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Why would you argue? It says recently maintained. Should we take the seller on his word?

Or, maybe seller is honest and it was recently maintained, until that Kenworth hit it and dragged it about a mile.

Not bike related and probably not C&V

Seems they have some weird motorcycles in Council Bluffs, IA. Seller has a really low-rent profile too.

Local seller in Miami, Florida trying to pass off a mid-1980's 3-tube Columbus Cromor Atala - with a mishmash of Shimano and Campagnolo Victory - as a genuine team bike for $3,500, complete with a bull excrement story to go with it.

What a #ing scam artist. Though calling them a scam "artist" is already giving them too much credit.

As a piece of art, I would give it a "5", but it is clearly upside down.

Can't believe those brake levers might actually work. And be sure to check out those barbend shifters.

I like the weight savings and aero advantage...besides I can never get the rear derailleur curve aesthetically right...I like.

High hopes......

France, Belgium..... what's in a name? Mid-70's Grand Prix. A "meh" bike in even more "meh" condition. Yes, I still have brief moments of nostalgia for my '71 Grand Prix but at least I realize it was only about one bump up from their cheapest road bike and wouldn't even pay what he wants for just shipping for a pristine one.

Track Bike - $750 (Tucson)

Here is a one of a kind work of art, built with all high end parts that maintained the classic/vintage look

All chrome hardware and wheels, with matching white saddle and bar tape
Currently a 39x16t gearing however I can include a 53t campy record chainring if you plan on heading to a velodrome (;
This was built as a track bike (fixie / fixed gear) and is set up without a brake. This can easily be converted to a single speed or add a front brake

Specs
-Fuji steel 58cm frameset
-Campagnolo Record crankset and chainring
-Titanium alloy tri spoke wheelset (flip flop rear)
-1970s Benotto chrome drop bars and seat post
-New KMC single speed chain
-New Supacaz bar tape
-New saddle
-New Bontrager hardcase lite 32c tires (two rides on them)
-New tubes

"I don't know a lot about bikes but I do know a lot about antiques..." is supposed to justify the $1200 price tag.

63cm 650B Randonneur Bike - $700 (Nutmeg County)

Only ridden by man with no legs: https://losangeles.craigslist.org/la...325702692.html

"I live in the cultural and cycling oasis known as Yorba Linda so I'm crossposting one of my favorite bikes in order to improve visibiloty. I unfortunately need to sell it due to breaking my bike budget on a new "forever bike". A priori this was my forever bike but I recently upgraded to a Norther and don't have the space or funds for both.

For sale is my early 80s Raleigh Portage. The Portage was a purpose-built 650B light touring bike with all the makings of a good rando bike: comfortable geometry, 650B wheel size, compliant tubing, tire clearance, triple waterbottle braze ons, and all that. Heck, it's even low trail but not cray cray low trail. More like Rivendell Atlantis-level trail. Overall, comparing to the Atlantis is apt.

My build is sick: Suntour, Shimano XTR, Brooks, Schmidt SON dynamo, Velocity A23 rims, Rene Herse / Compass tires, Nitto bars, stems, rack and vintage French decaleur, Velo Orange hammered fenders, etc.

It's a 63cm frame and shown with an 83cm saddle height."
