No problems on the road.
No problems braking.
Though I only went for a couple of miles tonight in a slight drizzle.
I checked into PayPal protection and there are limits.
I don't think this qualifies, especially since some of you agreed that the 'flaw' was within reason.
Despite the thing, they are nice wheels.

Thanks to everyone for playing along!
If anything changes I'll let you folks know.
I just wanna ride my bicycle now.
