Fuji Sagres vs. Del Ray - differences

Hi all!

Since the Classic Fuji website is down, can someone tell me the difference in specs/tubing, etc. of these two? Specifically 1987.

Thanks in advance!

Hmmm, not sure how accurate that is (perhaps wrong year).

My 1987 Sagres has the Valite 1769 Quad Butted tubing, and it's not the SP version.

Yeah, it showed up elsewhere as being out of the 1988 catalog. Sorry, best I could come up with. Good luck.

Mods, please delete thread. A kind user on the R E D D I T vintage bike forum kindly provided me with some catalogs! (My bike turns out to be 1986, not 1987)

Yeah, so I'm the guy from r e d d i t with the catalogs. I still haven't found a decent replacement image host/blog host/whatever to deal with over 9GB worth of catalogs that I've been saving for the last twenty years. If anyone knows of something like imgur used to be I'm all ears.

Sorry I didn't see your post a couple days ago. People around here are usually pretty on-the-ball and I'm not really needed. I'm a lot more useful elsewhere, where the knowledge density is a bit thinner, so those are the places I actually check and reply.

Why delete it? It may help someone else down the road. Too bad I didn't know your Del Rey was an '86 before as I DO have the spec page for that year. I have an '86 Del Rey and an '86 Team FUJI. I always save the catalog pages relevant to my bikes if available.

Checking your post history, you'd fit right in nicely. While your insights may or may not be "needed", they would always be appreciated!
