Information on this Moulton
Hello,
This is my cousin's bike but he doesn't know much about it. He thinks it was purchased in England and brought over to the States. Could anyone tell me what model or year this Moulton could be?

The serial number decodes the build date...and I've forgotten the code. 
The SRAM 3x7 hub hasn't been manufactured since 2017.
