tubeless and multiple wheelsets

i have my bike set up with two wheelsets - carbon wheels with 32mm GP5000 for daily/road use, and alloy wheels with 42mm knobbies for gravel. they're both tubeless. first couple weeks was fine, but now i've had the road wheels on for a few weeks without switching, and when i went to switch back, the knobbies wouldn't take air. pump compressing the pump head and hose only. valve cores totally clogged. quick trip down the street to the LBS and they gave me a couple valve cores and reseated them with the compressor.............. but is this going to be a regular thing!? do tubeless wheels need to be spun frequently to prevent this sort of thing?

Store them with the valves at the top so the goo doesn’t clog up the valve stem.

my experience with sealant in tube and tubular is that it is a good idea to get extra cores, and treat the cores as a consumable, as they do clog also keep inflated even in storage (which is more difficult with latex tubes

If the problem is persistent maybe give these a try.
