Picked this up from someone on Craigslist along with a couple other odds and ends. Just thought it was cool. Can anyone tell me what year this is from?
also, a new bicycle mancave coming soon. Most likely by mid summer 2020.

Most likely the '70s. Nice crib. You'll probably need more bikes.

neat tire gauge! It's not often that they are equipped with a Campy head!
re: the new man cave.... at what point is it no longer a cave? A new metaphor is clearly called for. I'd suggest "bike warehouse", but that was already taken.

Mancave envy here.
(I have the code-minimum two-car garage I designed and
added to the house almost 30 years ago. I have to push out the cars when needing work space.
I converted the original attached garage into a bonus/teen room when the boys were growing up. After the younger one left the next, my wife claimed it as her art and ballet studio.)

I have 36 bikes. I will probably only bring 15 or 20 of them there. This is actually a "car" cave. Go to youtube and look up Irongate motor condos. That will give you an idea of what this will turn out to be like. Mine is a midsize to smaller size there at 28x40ft.

The footprint of that garage would cost well in excess of $2m in some desirable areas around here.

"I have only 36 bikes." Now the grammar police are happy.

If I'd meant to type grammarly I'd have done so with a pinky aloft. I was typing colloquially.

No sign of a patent number or date in any of the photos but one might be visible in real life. I've already guessed '70s. Could be older.
By "photos" I meant of the one just like it on eBay, the one that sold for about $150. Let's get the OP to examine the gauge carefully and then proceed with our speculation.

Clement tire gauges were the THING to have back when I was racing. I was able to borrow one. I made one myself from a automotive compression gauge, a Campagnolo head, some borrowed silver and a torch.
They were unobtainium in 1974. A 60's -very early 70's thing. Note, inside the head is a little machined cylinder that floated around, it depressed the valve stem to open the tubular valve and read the pressure.
This is the time when Hite pumps ruled the velodrome.
And one pumped your clement #1's or #3's to 10.5 atm.
