Using a fork remote lockout lever with a gravity dropper seatpost

Hi ,

Strange question but can anybody tell me if this will work ? I am hoping to use a fork remote lockout lever something like this ;

SR SUNTOUR Fork Remote Lockout Lever for Raidon XCR Axon Epicon | eBay

with a gravity dropper seatpost that is missing its remote lever .

They fork remote pulls some cable just like the gravity remote so it should work or am I wrong ?

Never tried it, but sure looks like it would work.

Should probably work. Another popular one is a modified front shifter (remove the pawls and one lever).
