Name likely a house brand produced for a chain store.
The format and placement of the machine's serial number will provide a good clue as to the actual manufacturer.
There appear to be numbers stamped into the left side of the seat tube.
Does it look to you that this is a serial or perhaps numbers put in by a licensing agent?

I agree it is likely a re-badged something-or-other created for a house brand. It kind or reminds me of some Raleighs I've seen but the head badge reminds me of Schwinn.

Looks to be a late 50's rebranded Raliegh product. Nearly identical to some Robin hoods I have seen.
