7 speed freewheel undulating

I am installing some alloy wheels on my old Miyata in place of the steel wheels it came with. I bought them used at a bike swap meet. The rims are true, but when I spin the rear wheel I can see the free wheel slightly undulating. And when I turn the pedals fast in high gear (on the stand) I can feel a pulsating on the rear of the frame. The rear skewer is straight. And when spinning I see no movement from rear hub. I only see the freewheel undulating. What can be causing this?

I apologize for the attached photo. It is the wrong one and has nothing to do with my Miyata. I could not figure out how to delete it.

Undulating: They all do that, some more than others. It's normal. Caused by slightly imperfect machining so that the body of the freewheel is not perfectly concentric related to the hub.

The pulsing is most likely the slight weight imbalance in the wheel due to the valve and rim joint. Again, they all do that. Not noticeable when riding.

The high today is 34 degrees and wet so I have not rode it yet but I'm relieved that it is not a problem.

Heat wave! Then high here today was 17 and the low this morning was zero. I feel your pain.

Update:

Homebrew01 is right. I had the opportunity to ride my Miyata today and I can't feel any pulsating. It feels smooth.
