Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Ahh I was so eager to post it that I just did it from my phone. I actually thought it had rotated but I suppose not. I'll get some proper photos for pedalroom and the boys here this week.

Wow. My Fuji Track Comp is an aero aluminium frame with a carbon fork, they've really changed that model a LOT!

I like it, even the ass rocket doesn't look too out of place. Looks like it would be fun to ride.

Gotta get dat gatorade

I know some people who people complain about the sucking noise of camelbak bottles, they will pull their hair out over the sound of gatorade bottles.

HAHA so true. I never hear it when I'm riding but when I get home and toss my gear on the shelf and then like 20 min later i hear this hiss and I can't figure out where it's coming from. One time it drove me INSANE trying to figure out where it was coming from. It was just a slow leak on a negative pressure Camelbak Podium bottle from the ride earlier that day.

Sure. The sound is annoying, if you don't take the lid off after they are empty. They're also cheaper and greater volume than "cycling specific" water bottles.

I bought this Motobecane Messenger almost 5 years ago, and it's gone through a lot of changes since then. I changed out literally every part except the bottom bracket and front brake caliper, transforming it into the infamous naranja. Recently, I stripped it down and transferred everything to a new Leader Cretin frameset. Many of the original parts found their way onto a crappy Vilano frameset that was several sizes too large for me, so I decided to strip the Vilano and transfer those parts back to the MM along with some parts bin stuff to create a practical beater / lockup / utility fixed gear bike. I spent an additional $100 on some tougher tires, a bullhorn handlebar and rear rack. The gearing is 48 x 19 for about 67 gear inches and the total weight with accessories is 23.3 lbs.

Thx, it's just a tapered spacer from an older bike.
