Smallest Geared Bike

Hi all.
I'd appreciate any help if possible.
My daughter's been riding a pedal bike without stabilisers since she was two, I know! Now she is four we have decided to ride with her as we cannot jog and keep up with her at times. She is riding a nice light bike from Decathlon- a BTwin Ticha - but her feet rotate so fast on the flats I feel she will unbalance herself. On the flip side when it comes to hills the gearing (or lack of) make things really difficult. She does well but none of us like to struggle up hills.
My question is - does anyone know of a bike for her age or height (105cm) that have three gears or so. Like we had on our bikes when we were kids - the three geared hub thing. Or is it possible to (easily) modify a bike. I'd explain it to her as Hill, Normal and Fast.
She may struggle with the concept of gears but it doesn't take long for things to become second nature with kids.

Thanks for any suggestions.

You might want to post your question in the "Family & Recreation" as well. That said, the smallest geared bike I found when I was getting a bike for my son was a 20" wheel bike. The biggest problem with gears on kid's bike is that shifting gears require a certain hand/finger strength and/or reach or size because shifters are made for adult. Four year old child generally doesn't have good hand/fingers strength for shifting and braking. Good luck.

Wasn't that a 12" wheel (non-plural)?

Depending on her inseam length, she may be able to fit on an Islabike Beinn 20 Small. Here is a picture of my son on his last June at 4.5. He was probably around 42 inches/110 cm at the time.

While there are smaller wheels with internal gear hubs (from folding bikes), putting those on a 16" kid's bike would be difficult because of the dropout spacing.

Oh, and he had no trouble changing the gears on the bike. He just needed guidance for the first six months or so on what gear he should be in. We still have to occasionally remind him to shift down for stop signs/lights but he remembers on his own probably 80% of the time

a 1 speed coaster brake wheel can be replaced by a 3 speed coaster brake wheel , even if the wheel has to be built fo you by the local Bike shop staff.

the 3 speed 28 hole hub Brompton uses is only 117mm wide.

2_1/8" thick nuts on the left side ..
