Finding humor in ads !

Here reading this forum and most of the ads ,at least for me are from local car dealerships. I understand ads are sold by bulk but still found humor in it.

Actually it's very targeted I find, go into the car free thread whamo car adds increase, go into the electric bike threads and boom electric bike adds pop up and so on...

Who better to target cars to than people who don't own cars?

Yeah, you probably don't see great ROI for selling cars on the LCF forum

In my case I don't see the ads anyway. My eyes have learned to avoid them. I despise advertising. I don't need anybody telling me what I need.

The ads are also from you most recent internet searches.

For me, I had been researching car tires, so I had all the tire companies popping up in the ads.

Maybe I will start doing a bunch of cross dressing searches... Make my wife think a little!

I too am there, but, what really bugs me is moving the cursor across the page... And wham, it used to be you need to click on the ads, not any more, just because one wasn't careful enough to actually avoid the ads with the cursor the ads turn on like if you clicked on them... Booo... Booo... Hisss... Hisss...

Probably wouldn't see great ROI for selling anything expensive on the LCF forum, except perhaps smartphones.

It took me a bit to figure out what you were talking about.

I guess that's one benefit of my something like about a nickel-a-day yellow jersey.
