Thoughts on Xert?
I’m just an enthusiast, but have an analytical bent and want to get stronger. Curious about Xert for someone like me. I like that it can run side by side with Zwift to reduce boredom. The Zwift training plans seem poorly thought out, with some exceptions. Any user thoughts on the Xert platform?

Me too. The stuff looks neat. And works with my Garmin. I'm suspicious that they can't really do everything they promise with as little data as that say they need, but they say one good test is worth a thousand expert opinions and I'm not even an expert. So, I'd love to hear firsthand feedback too. 🙂

I have been using xert for over a year. In the winter months great for indoor training. So many workouts to choose from. You can also link up to other coach's workouts, so even more options. On the road your can get MPA onto the Garmin and some of their other metrics. Great for telling you how close to implosion you are getting.. Whats you FTP app, just ride hard at varied efforts and calculates your FTP. Have not done a "test" in quite some time. Good FB user page with lots of helpful insight into any questions you may have.

I'm trying it out since my work schedule has become too random to try and hang onto a trainerroad plan. I like it so far, but they had me at "don't do another ftp again"
