kona one20 or specialized fsr xc or.....
I'm wanting to get back into mountain biking since I just sold my track bike, and I am going to do just a bit of everything. So I figure a 120mm travel fs bike should fit the bill.
I've been looking at the 09 kona one20 and the 09 specialized fsr xc. Both are right at about $1k.
Wondering if one is going to be significantly better than the other. Component specs look about the same. I do think I'm partial to the kona a bit, though.
Also, is there anything else out there that I should be looking for?
Thanks a bunch for any input guys.

Well, it looks like the 09 specialized fsr xc sold out.
So is there any glaring issues with the kona one20 that I should be worried about? I'm really thinking about pulling the trigger on it.

have you ridden one?
The only thing I'm worried about is it being a boat anchor for riding XC (I'm not racing or anything).
Think it's my best bang for my buck for $975?

Still kicking.
I've never rode one, but I know someone who does. Weight isn't bad at all.

Anyone know any of the promo codes for wheelworld.com? I think that's where I'm going to order the one20 from.
I think they are an authorized Kona dealer.
Any more opinions on the one20?

Went ahead and ordered it. I think I did pretty good for $900. Got the last one at wheelworld.com in my size. Pretty stoked to get it in.
