Paint and chrome classic

I have a 1971 steel Frame classic to restore. (Way cool, Campy Group!)

I need to get a simple metal flake with several Clear coats and a bit of chrome on the dropouts/chain stays, and forks. Where is the best spot to get the job done all in one place?
It’s for posterity, so it has to be good. Thanks
