I recall about 10 types of "Maxy" cranks, all of them swaged. they are the only swaged cranks that I've
seen that are stamped "forged". the reason that Sugino cranks are measured 171mm is that it equals
6 3/4 inches (165mm =6 1/2) keeping in line with old British cottered spindles.
