It's snowing tonight with these amazing, large snowflakes. It's transformed our backyard into a magical world. Tried our best to get a pic of a snowflake with our camera. Got to invest in a DSLR someday.

And agreed, some of my best negatives have come off of cheepo Point and Shoots or iPhones.
Zeiss glass and accurate strobes don't hurt either though.

A flock Cedar Waxwings flew into my window yesterday; six broke their necks. It sounded like a Gatling gun going off.
